Why, hello there! My name is Jennifer Florencia and I would like to delightfully announce the start of the project “Art for a Cause”! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
Here’s how this works! I will draw a picture of you or your pet or your family or one for your loved one or whatever you like, really, after sending me a screenshot of the donation you made to any of these organizations however much amount of money you’d like to donate and I will get to finishing your drawing! Or you could send in the amount to me and I could do it for you (I will send you a screenshot of the donation under your name.)
In this project, I will draw/paint in exchange for donations towards the selected non-profit organisations with the following missions:
Inheritance of Hope- To inspire hope in young families facing the loss of a parent.
Avon Foundation for Women- To eradicate breast cancer and end domestic violence
National Breast Cancer Foundation- To increase awareness through education, providing diagnostic breast care services for those in need, and providing nurturing support services.
Self Injury Foundation- To provide funding for research , advocacy, support and education for self-injurers, their loved ones and the professionals who work with them.
National Eating Disorders Association- NEDA supports individuals and families affected by eating disorders, and serves as a catalyst for prevention, cures and access to quality care.
Schistosomiasis Control Initiative- to improve the health and development of the world’s poorest populations by eliminating the poverty sustaining and life-threatening effects of schistosomiasis (bilharzia) and intestinal worms (hookworm, whipworm and roundworm).
Against Malaria Foundation- Protect people from malaria, fund nets and ensure they are distributed and used. We show you where the nets go. We monitor and report their use and impact.
Stand Up To Cancer- To accelerate innovative cancer research that will get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now.
Feed The Children- Providing hope and resources for those without life’s essentials
Evidence Action- Evidence Action is assuming management and growth responsibility for two programs tested and incubated at Innovations for Poverty Action that are currently making a difference in the lives of millions of people in Africa and Asia: the Deworm the World Initiative and Dispensers for Safe Water.
Down Syndrome Research and Treatment Foundation- To stimulate biomedical research that will accelerate the development of treatments to significantly improve cognition, including memory, learning and speech, for individuals with Down syndrome in order that they participate more successfully in school, lead more active and independent lives, and avoid the early onset of Alzheimer’s Disease.Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights- To expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life of children and young adults with disabilities and their families, based on the concept of parents helping parents. To end suicide among LGBTQ youth by providing life-saving and life-affirming resources including our nationwide, 24/7 crisis intervention lifeline, digital community and advocacy/educational programs that create a safe, supportive and positive environment for everyone.Donate to the artist through paypal- firstname.lastname@example.org (You know, for the materials and stuff. Even a penny helps!)
If you would like to donate to other organizations, you can too! The listed organizations have been thoroughly researched is all.
By default, the artwork will be a digital file unless you would like me to send it to your home, framed, but that will require additional payment for the picture frame and delivery. (no profit for me whatsoever)
At the end of the year, when my drawing service turns one (21st of December), I will create a video with all the artworks and all those of you who are involved in this project. The smallest amount donation can help make a difference. Let us both make a change!
Please help reblog to raise awareness about this project!
